ABOUT

      Hi there! I'm Kath Wang, a concept artist, character designer and illustrator. My most recent role has been as a concept artist in MassDigi's 2026 Summer Innovation program. I've been: in a Women In Animation Concept Art mentorship, in Studio Blue Jay as a character, prop and environment designer, and in SMFA's Graphic Novel Club's e-board as a Co-president plus lead editor of their student publication. I also show and sell my work online and at art markets!

      My creative process focuses on narrative in every aspect. I use visual motifs, extensive iterations, and digital painting to make every single detail count in my designs and my illustrations. These days I've been working on my portfolio and getting to know other artists and communities around me! When I'm not drawing for work, you can find me making fanart, going to cons, and enjoying manga.
