ABOUT

      Hi there! I'm Kath Wang, a Tufts BFA graduate pursuing a career in visual development, concept art and illustration. I am now an intern in MassDigi's 2026 Summer Innovation program. Over the last two years I've been: in a Women In Animation Concept Art mentorship, in Studio Blue Jay as a character, prop and environment designer, and in SMFA's Graphic Novel Club's e-board as a Co-president plus lead editor of their student publication.

      My creative process focuses on narrative in every aspect. I use visual motifs, extensive iterations, and digital painting to make every single detail count in my designs and my illustrations. These days I've been working on my portfolio and getting to know other artists and communities around me! When I'm not drawing for work, you can find me making fanart, going to cons, and enjoying manga.
